Graphic! An Emergency Call about a dog attack deer ends in tragedy.

Please share.... Dog attack victim in Baildon

This is an unfortunate situation, and we are so sad that we have to deal with things like this.

We got a call from a very concerned lady, that while walking her dog happened across this roe deer.

She was collapsed, and in distress on our arrival, it was clear that this was the work of a large dog/s her skull was showing and her ear had been ripped off, and her rump had been chewed away.

Please please be aware of where your dog is at all times we are unsure how long this deer had been down and suffering. Or if this was an accidental occurrence or intentional hunting, but either way did you see anything unusual happening on the green next to Titus salt school in Baildon/Shipley today.

Please private message us if you have any info don't put any info in the comments as they will be removed.

If you see a dog out of control in a public place call the police and the council. It is now against the law, and this was next to a school.

Keep your dog under control if it won't come back keep it on a lead and get some training.

This deer did not have to die today and lost her life due to the arrogance of people, and she paid with her life. If you see a dog out of control in a public place call the police and the council. It is now against the law, and this was next to a school.

Disgusted is the strongest word we can use just now without swearing.

Please keep us on the road helping animals such as this deer, please donate to paypal - yorkshireaws.org or bank transfer please ask for details. thank you
